Help Me Jones is created incidentally from Kazakh DJ and producer Konstantin Timoshenko and Bulgarian director, poet, actor and songwriter Mariy Rosen. Andronia Popova (Roni) joined them as a backing vocal.
Help Me Jones started a few years ago when Кonstantin and Mariy met in 2003 at a workshop in Estonia. Then they did their first project - installation of video, live music and acting. Afterward their work continues in Bulgaria.
In 2008 they created the musical project Help Me Jones and only a month after the online release of the first tracks they received invitations to participate in prestigious music festivals Exit (Serbia) and Mellow Music Festival (Bulgaria).
Help Me Jones is a free collaboration between a musician and a poet, which uses minimalist musical approaches. They are strongly influenced by the music of the 80s. Their style is a mix of synth pop, new wave and disco. Their music is absolutely appealing - sometimes electronic and exhilarated, and other times - lyrical and fascinating.
More over Help Me Jones is a place where Kostya and Mariy feel infinitely free and influenced by the “new wave” of the 80s, they find an inspiration in "today" and how they feel "here and now".
In past years, Kostya, Mariy and Roni actively create music and the list of memorable videos and concerts at prestigious forums increases proportional to the fans of the project. Since they were together, they entertained the festival audience of EXIT Festival (Serbia), Mellow Music Festival (Bulgaria), ON! Fest (Bulgaria), ACT Festival of Independent theater (Bulgaria), Sofia Film Fest (Bulgaria).
In 2012 they issued their debut IP "The Darkness lights" and impatient they share their first album "Made in China" at the beginning of 2013. The songs Little Miss, Made in China, Rage of Mine, Skype me over, Grow Up already have videos that are very different in appearance, innovative and professional.
